hgvfreelancers.co.uk is a specialist accounting and administration service for Self Employed LGV Drivers. We are more than just bookkeepers - We can take care of or organise as much or as little of your administration as you want - invoicing; bookkeeping, public liability insurance, income tax returns, VAT, corporation tax and administration.

We were set up as a direct result of hearing many horror stories of other companies who have acted improperly (and possibly fraudulently) and left many drivers out of pocket and some with massive penalties from HMRC. We are different - we don't touch your bank account and have no access to your money so it is safe - all we do is keep your books, issue invoices, tell you how much to pay yourself and advise you how much you need to keep stashed away to pay the tax man when the time comes - simple, safe and secure for everyone!

We deal directly with your Agency as well as HMRC and Companies House on your behalf ensuring timesheets and taxes are all submitted on time!

Our main aim is to minimise both the administrative burden of the agency driver and to ensure full compliance with the Agency Workers and IR35 regulations. The only safe way of mitigating the risk of falling foul of the IR35 regulations is to operate your services as an independent Limited Company.

We work directly with most of the major driver agencies, seamlessly providing a solid and reliable administration service on your behalf. We can submit all HMRC and Companies House requirements. We can assist the driver in sourcing company bank accounts and public liability insurance. Using the services of hgvfreelancers allows you, the driver, to concentrate on doing what you do best, driving.
